I have contacted Hope Now in the search of to help me modify my mortgage. They were very quick getting my downpayment of almost $3,000.00. I submitted the papers required by then. I happened back in December.
I have tried several times to contact then, they do not pick up the phone and the only I spoke to some one, I was told I need it to submit more documents. I did it and when I call to confirm they are not accepting calls due to a high vulume of calls receiving. I sent an email and all they say to contact the bank. I call the bank and I found out they are only handly one out of the 2 mortgages I have, that I have to work it on my and own. It was back in March when I found out about it. Ever since I call, send messages and no reply.
I feel there is a lack of responsiblity in their part, and they are a discourage company. I feel left alone with this problem but in the mean time they have my money which I don't know if they will return it as they told me when the modification is finalized.
