These guys are the biggest rip-off's ever. They quoted us a rate and when they got there it was higher then when discussed. They called the office and came back down to the original estimate. Then they decided to get that money back by running up our bill with packing supplies and boxes.
They put one item in a box at a time and the boxes were $20.00 dollars a box!!! Our moving bill went from $3000.00 to $10000.00 in a matter of hours. They came to our house with 2 ryder trucks and then filled one and the guy ask us for a tip!!!
Then they took all of our belongings to a storage unit and when we wanted delivery in September they told us they could not deliver because they were all jewish and it was their holiday!!! Josh the manager was rude and obnoxious and never returned any of our phone calls. We were complaining about the inflated price from day one and these guys just took my money and cheated us. Once we finally got delivery one guy came and they did not have all of our stuff!!!
This man came with one truck and left the rest of our belongings in Florida... He then started unloading into our storage unit he was throwing our boxes around like they were shit... Most of my vases and lights were destroyed.
All of our stuff had bugs in it, it was a nightmare! These guys need to be put out of business because they are a harm to good honest decent people. I don't know how they sleep at night.
