Paul Duca represented a friend of mine in Federal criminal court in Camden New Jersey. First of all he represented himself as an experienced criminal trial attorney when in fact he was a real estate attorney.
During the trial in which there were two defendants, he made nmo opening statement, asked no questions, NOT ONE! During a two week trial, in which the prosecution was up for seven (7) days.
His co-conspirator was lawyer Jack McMahon.
He charged his client $75,000 and along with the other attorney (McMahon) immediately took a trip to Las Vegas.
When the trial was over all he wanted to do was dissolve the two defendants property since he said "they would be going away for a long time".
This man is totaly useless, and shou;ld not be practicing law.
