The company secured my $3200, and I NEVER recieved anything from them, just an email that stated that I was put into an 'uncollectable status' with the IRS. I thought that everything was just peachy till I received a notice from the IRS, which was a Federal Levy/Lien... I guess that's how ONE phone call to the IRS that cost ME $3200 bucks AND got my credit report tangled up due to the IRS filing an LEVY against me: Steven Mullineaux (or however he's spelling it these days to probably avoid investigative District Attorneys or State Attorneys General) said that there was some "miscommunitcation". There sure was, now I'm stuck with a hefty levy and the company, which I'm still under contract with, REFUSED to give me a summary of activity with which they handled (supposedly) with the IRS.
I WOULD *NOT* OBVIOUSLY RECOMMEND THIS "SERVICE" (OR BETTER, LACK THEREOF) TO ANYONE, EVEN AN ENEMY. This "company" doesn't know whether it's night or day...
If you've had a lousy experience with this "firm", write the California State Attorney General's Office, Edmund G. Brown, Jr.
I did, and got a response. The company is now under scrutiny of the State of California.
