PrintPlace appears at first to be responsive to their customers. But when they make a mistake, as they did with two of my three orders, they are also quick to just disappear.
I reported the problems with my orders and they emailed me some forms to fill out. I completed the forms and emailed them back to PrintPlace as they instructed. Then silence. So I called their "customer service" department.
I won't name the individual because she is probably following PrintPlace policy, but she completely refused to acknowledge that PrintPlace had made the mistake. Her response was "... You did not follow our instructions correctly..." "... You are responsible for 'your' mistake..."
However, I used the templates PrintPlace provided, uploaded them as instructed, and received a verifying email from PrintPlace. The imagine PrintPlace sent to me in PDF to verify was correct so I confirmed it. Unfortunately, the product they sent was incorrect.
I requested a manager contact me to resolve this issue. Needless to say, I have not heard from PrintPlace since.
