My husband purchased a subscription to Hot Rod magazine, he paid $42 and has recieved none. Ripoff business

A young woman came to our home selling subscriptions to magazines, my husband purchased a subscription to Hot Rod magazine, he gave her $42 cash and he recieved a receipt from her from Palmetto Marketing. (we have the receipt)

My husband has recieved nothing - no Hot Rod magazine subscription, and nothing explaining where our money is! WE have a large family, (5 children), with many expenses.
