U.S. Subscription services, U.S. Subscription services - scam/rip off - received no magazine renewal subscription national enquirer - gilbert

U.S. Subscription Services contacted me for a special price on National Enquirer on April 5 for (2 yrs) $90.00. It is now January 21 and the National Enquirer still has not received my renewal notice. The phone number appears to be a fax number. Just received on January 20 another "special offer price for the National Enquirer" from Phoenix, Arizona area!
