At&t has billed me hundreds of dollars for a single business line. I tried to change the location, they would not give me my old number and said I need a new number. So, they are charging me for that, my old number, the fax number that I cancelled, a cancellation charge because I have a new number (which I still have and its been forwarded). They have not credited me the money I paid them which was on my amex. I will be disputing it.in the meantime, they have me in collections for the money that is already paid. I'm too scared to call them again because it takes at least 2 hours every time I call and they add a new account and charge me all over again. I have about five at&t accounts (???). I am not sure what to do because I have invested money in advertising for my business and I can't cancel the number. I am trapped!
