Poor customer service

I reserved a parking space at the little rock location and paid for a weeks parking. I was told to present the paid voucher at the facility; however, when i tried to show the voucher when entering i was told that i would have to show it when i returned. When i returned 7 days later the voucher had been lost; however, i did have the confirmation email on my iphone. I was charged again at the gate and they would not accept the email on my iphone showing that i had paid for the parking.in this day and age there is no excuse for any business not being able to go to their computer and verify that i had paid for the parking when presenting my confirmed reservation number. I call the company and they said they would send me a refund (minus one day of parking fees) if i would fax them a copy of my paid receipt. I will never do business with this company again. They should be prevented from accepting on line paid reservations unless the parking facility can verify on their computer. When travling over a week it is very easy to misplace the printed voucher. They should have accepted my email confirmation as presented on my iphone, but they would not do that. I will just have to suck up this extra fee as experience and will do everything in my power to post as many complaints as i can on line.
