I chose GarySimon.net to create a logo for a business that I am starting.
Gary Simon promises extremely quick turn-around time. Logo design cost $99, with an additional (optional) $35 to skip waiting period and ensure the logo to be finished within the same day. I decided to pay the additional fee. The logo wasn't started until 2 days later, and still has not been completed.
I was charged $135 for a logo that I've never received. I've attempted to contact Gary Simon several times asking him for updates, but have not received any response. I then contacted him asking him for reimbursement, and yet again I still have not received any response.
This is worst service I've ever received from the graphic industry.
