I order a logo from www.garysimon.net on the beginning of June. I though his portfolio was grate so I decided to give him a go. My order was made on a Thursday at 5am in the beginning of June and he had a backlogged of 5 days. On Friday (9 days/7 business days later) I decide to install AIM and ask Gary the status of my logo. He reply and told me my logo be ready in couple hrs. About 2 hrs later he made me a supposed to be logo. He use a regular font from the list of photoshop and feel it with a plain pink color after I left him know specific details of colors, business uniforms, and the style I want it.
To make my story already long short... More then a month past and he only work on my logo 3 times. Never got what I want it. After more than 10 emails and post he said that he have other customers and he wont be able to change my logo because he already did 3 concepts for me.
So in other words. I let him know what i want, he makes what he wants, and I have to like it because he have other more important customers.
He sound like a very nice guy but never answer your emails and for a revision you have to wait 4 to 7 business. I wait it more then a month and everything I ask was NEVER done.
It looks like he have to many logos that he cant give his customers complete concentration and for that he have to many revision.

taking peoples money and doing a half fast job because you have to many logos to do is Riping people off and poor customer service.
DONT USE garysimon.net. Is better logo designers out there and for the same price that will give you the attention that you deserve.
