I placed a logo order on www.garysimon.net. His portfolio looked pretty good and I decided to give him a try. He promised to complete the project withing 24 hours after the backlog period which was 1 day when I ordered. 3 days passed and I decided to wait for a couple of more days thinking that the guy might be busy and I did not want to rush him.
I contacted him after 5 days - no response, waited a couple of more days - no response, 2 weeks later - no response. Only after I filed a formal claim through PayPal to recover my money, he did refund my money ($99) without a word of explanation why nothing was done.
His reputation is already screwed since mine is not the first report on him. And today reputation is everything. BAD choice for a logo design company.
