Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, did not help us with loss mitigation, they wanted full pmt and fees by July 09 Kingman

We tried to negotiate for 6 months with wellsfargo home mtg they would not bugde even had help from Genisis Housing ass. No help there they wells fago forclosed w/o any help funds broom clean we did not tear up the property 3 bdr 2 bth on 1.15 acre parcel was paid for equity for home builder and bank
