I employed the organization to wash the air channels on 2/9/09, they did a lousy job: they used a blower on the "air returns" which threw all the debris/lint/dust back about to the heater. Our whole-house home messy and we're able to experience dirt everywhere, I named the organization following day and spoke towards the operator John and described the problem, he guaranteed a upgrade by herself and planned a scheduled appointment for pursuing Saturday. No body turned up about the guaranteed day 2/14/09, I named many times no body acquired the telephone. I called again on Friday, John apologized and guaranteed for 2/21/09, no body turned up again. Upon calling again John guaranteed for 8 am on 03/07/09, I named at 7:45 and spoke to John, he assured me the support man is on his method and really should be-at my location withing five minutes, again no body showed up and that I kept waiting, I tried calling work quantity but no body acquired, I quit many communications. I lost 3 times for anyone to come and upgrade the airduct cleaning. Today no body is selecting my telephone or returning any calls. I tried calling from the distinct telephone, John acquired the phone just I told him my title he hung-up on me. The corporation doesn't understand something about duct-cleaning and creating more health risks by shifting the dirt back to the heater.
I created an error by not examining their BBB score before calling them the very first time, their score has already been damaging at BBB.
Avoid the corporation.
