I bought tickets online to some show in California. After I obtained my solution verification, the seats were for that same show in Illinois. The web site had the times changed for that show. The seats were bought 5 weeks ahead of time. I submitted a challenge with American Show who did nothing to aid me. The seats were sent to a neighbors tackle by FedEx and that I delivered back again to the vendor instantly. The vendor refused actually having obtained the seats until 9 weeks later, following the show. The vendor declined to return the wrong seats or even to contact me.
