I bought some spectacles for my 10-year old boy in May. From: Green River Perspective Heart, Natural River NJ. The structures were from Capri Optics - (Flexure FX23 46-18 color: Ink).
In July the structures plus one contact needed to be changed, once the structures smashed and also the contact dropped out. One-lens turned damaged and so must be changed. Green River Vision Heart did substitute equally at free.in December - the structures broke AGAIN! This time around the contacts dropped out since the remaining ear-piece smashed, evoking the contacts to drop out again. I delivered to Greenbrook Perspective Middle plus they declined to displace them again. I had been informed that Capri Optics (the maker of the structures) and VSP (the insurance provider) wouldn't change them again. I had been amazed and dissatisfied with Natural River Vision Center. They just remain behind the caliber of these products they market, so long as it generally does not charge them any outofpocket expenses. They simply changed these same glasses five weeks preceding and since the insurance and producer were likely to substitute them free of charge to Natural River Perspective Heart, these were prepared to remain behind the spectacles. Because these structures were changed in September - I believed this set must have exactly the same twelve months guarantee I had been guaranteed after I bought them in May. The main one year day from after I bought them must end in May. I taken care of them on 5-29-08, I obtained them fourteen days later, that will take it to June. I've been a faithful client of GVC for four decades. I WOn't invest anymore cash on these poorly-made spectacles. Personally I think that Natural River Perspective Heart hasn't finished our agreement. I bought these spectacles in great faith with a-one year guaranty. Used to do not get the twelve months guaranty and that I need either organization (Capri Optics or Natural River Perspective Middle) to displace the 2nd set of spectacles at free. Our boy didn't abuse his spectacles, he employs them every single day. Where's the devotion that I've proven them for four decades and just why do not they remain behind the caliber of these products they offer?
