Nowadays, one day lacking my 12 months yearly support, I named Vonage to stop my bill. I named nowadays, instead of the yearly day since I didn't desire to be billed an additional month's service charge. I instantly obtained a contact saying that I had been being billed $98.46 to shut the consideration. Today: 1. Used to do not agree the termination, since my canceling was determined by the problems and quantity of the cancellation charge. I'd have ended the consideration tommorrow, easily realized I'd obtain an additional service cost. 2. Based on the customer support representatives who I called back again to clarify and correct this hidden cost, I had been being billed $50.00 for that modem they released since my support hadn't survived precisely to get a year. Today I had been compensated entirely for support for the whole year, and my phone was an request, one-day afraid. I'm aware there's a $39.99 charge for eliminating the support, but to stop my consideration without revealing the additional $50.00 cost is totally misleading. I had been billed over $40 after I popped my consideration, which included the cost of the modem.
