I ordered a pair of boots from Perfect Designer Shoes and Boots a.K.A. Perfectestores.com on January 13. They debited my account on the 16th and sent an email to tell me to expect a notification of processing and shipment within 10 business days. I waited a full two weeks and did not hear from them so I sent an email. They replied that I had not allowed enough time to process the order and to check back within that time frame, which I did.
I still have heard nothing and am now not receiving responses to the follow-up emails I have sent. So, I tried to call the company and was told via a recording that the company no longer answers complaints by telephone only email. So, I emailed again, and still nothing.
The initial transaction was two months ago today, so I filed a complaint with PayPal. I recommend staying away from this "virtual" company as there is no recourse, no human contact, and they basically take your money and run.
