Budget Van Lines
Has absolutely no customer service

Budget is a broker. The carrier lost many of my possessions for 2 weeks, then didn't return them to me for 3 weeks when they found them. I contacted Budget many times during these 5 weeks, and no call backs. I then contacted a supervisor at Budget directly over a dozen times by voice and email to report the experience, and that many of my things were broken. Never once were any of my problems even acknowledged. Nothing.
