They called me in my home offering me a modification loan, they promise that i would be aproved, my mortgage would be reduced from 7.9 to 4%, i paid up front $1.500.00[one thousand five hundred dollars], they said even not pay my mortgage while they process my account. Three months later, they call me to let me know that unfortunally, i didn't get aproved, when i ask for my money back, they said that was no refund even if did not work out.
