Prices at this particular store are higher than any store in city, in addition to any merchandise marked at special price or "offers" from manufacturers are changed by the store in order to rip off the consumer.
Products marked down "for sale" are immediately changed to original or higher prices, after brought to the attention of store management and employees.
Ie; Consumables, etc. Marked w/for sale sticker @ $. 99. When purchased, regular price or higher {as much as doubled} is charged, and when brought to management and/or employees' attention, sale sticker is immediately removed.
Ie; Tobacco and any other products marked by manufacturer "for sale" or "buy one get one free offers" are sold @ original retail price, and when brought to manager's and/or employees attention, products are exchanged for items without sales and/or offer sticker, in order to justify the actions.
In addition, any "leaks" to the store that the department of consumer affairs is about to investigate, they correct all pricing, in order to hide their actions.
