This a. M at around 2:00 a. M i got online to browse gems tv website. I was looking at a ring when i saw that it had been marked down to $59.00. I was so surprised, then as i continuee to look, everything had a sale price of the same amount, needless to say i took advantage and ordered some higher end pieces, checked out, got confirmation number and received e mail thanking me for my order, and the money had been captured from my account within a few hours. Well... When i logged on this morning i found that they had cancelled my order!!! I do not think they can do that. I sent e mail asking them what they think they are doing? These prices were on the web as sale prices, if they had a problem this is not the customers fault. I know that in a jewelry store if something is marked down by mistake the customer benefits. How do i know this? Because my daughter is a manager at a jewelry store and this has happened to her a few times, so she says they have to give the customer the price that is marked on the item. I have spent thousands with them and i cannot believe they cancelled my order. Is this legal??? Does anyone know out there? I am going to call my lawyer on monday, and better business bureau. Asking for advice please
