Acers site stated my pc had 9 weeks left on my Guarantee. I delivered it towards the Fix middle in Temple Tx simply to have two calls from UNPLEASANT CSRis WADE and NICOLE both POS, mentioned they'll NOT remain behind their item and refused my state. The web site makes no reference to what's or what's not protected. It just explained my design and sequential # continues to be under warranty. Better to avoid something out of this SHADY organization, ACER!
