After first informing BW that 16 pages were lacking from my March 9 problem, I had been directed to visit the web page for that information. This content on the internet site isn't outlined within the same purchase or groups, and undoubtedly is not much exciting to check out, and so I required an upgraded problem or perhaps a download of the PDF. They've educated me that despite the fact that I Have taken care of my membership plus they delivered a backup, I'll need to spend one more $4.99 to obtain a PDF so I - can observe that which was lacking from my journal. I've tried repeatedly to cause with customer support, but get the same reaction, therefore I thought I'd try this method.
