Order 2-yr. Subscription to ZooBooks for grandson and paid for it on 12/3. Just found out today that he has never gotten an issue.
Tried to email them and mail bounced back (from a supposedly new site that just started up). I also found a different phone number on my credit card statement. Called there and left a message that I want money back now or legal action to follow. Here is the phone number for everyone to call them that I got on my credit card statement... 818-5395877. This guy needs to be run out of town. A real cheat!!!
I guess we learn from our mistakes. I will now call the Publisher (like I should have done in the first place) and pay the full price. As the saying goes... You get what you pay for.
