Quick Pro Grant is impossible to reach by phone I have tried numerous times and given up. I am writing them a letter and sending it certified mail maybe they will stop withdrawing 39.95 amonth from my account. I stupidly gave them my debit number. I have discussed the matter with my bank they advised me to ask for a refund. I agree I owe the first 39.95 but they charged me two more times causing me to be overdrawn two months in a row. I can't find them on the internet anymore. The software I was sent has on it "On Point Media Solutions" who only have the definition of a grant on every single site I checked. A lessoned learned, do not give out your debit number to anyone you are not 100%sure about and always read the fine print. Also the helpful bank employee told me th info she found said I was being charged for being a member and advised me to cancel. How do I cancel? If anyone has been able to contact this questionable outfit please let me know. I am a senior citizen on social security who can't afford this.
