I ordered a Tee shirt and a pair of jeans from this rip-off merchant. I paid using Mastercard. I was expecting to receive Genuine Abercrombie and fitch Gear, but this was not to be as A & F only sell their goods via their own website, or their own stores.
I did receive some goods from cheapabercrombie.com but the goods were sent from China, and were abysmal quality. The Real A & F jeans that I had ordered have only one or two small patches of "The destroyed Look", but the jeans received had more holes than actual material, and you couldnt even put them on, without your legs coming through, one of the gaping holes.
The Tee shirt was of slightly better quality, but made of the wrong material.instead of the smooth peach feel cotton that A & F is famous for - the Tee had an inferiour Mercanised feel and was way too heavy.
To add insult to injury cheapabercrombie.com do not answer customer complaints at their gmail address. They operate from a P.O. Box Number, and their Telephone contact details are bogus - No-One ever answers the Phone!!!
Mastercard won't refund unless the goods are authenticated by A & F. A & F policy is not to do this. My local Police wont investigate as they say the crime occured in the States or China, or maybe even the Netherlands where the site is hosted.
The Better Business Bureau, was unable to trace the company, or offer any help.
Stay well clear. You have been warned!!!
