I purchased a new loom from Austin Looms and More. The loom worked well for a day and a half, but then one of the brake circles came apart so I removed the table loom brake spring and attempted to get the brake circle back in place. That didn't work so I called Austin Looms and More to try and get a replacement. They flat out refused my request because I attempted to repair the loom myself. Having been a loom aficionado for years, I know exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, but the defective brake circle on the loom prevented me from making the needed repair. If you buy a loom from Austin Looms and More, be sure to get some sort of warranty in writing.
