Last chance cash advance sent me an approval for 500 dollar advance then took 31 dollars out of my account for theft protection

Last chance cash advance e-mailed me to say i was approved for up to 1500 dollars cash advance to my checking account i filled out the app. Then relized that this my be a bad thing seeing how they needed my bank account number so i didnt even sumit it and low and behold i go to get money for gas and i have none because they have givien me id theft protection for 31 dollars. When i called them to get a refund they told me that if they see fit they will return my money in 3 days i guess we will see
