Since December of last month I've been looking for a fairly affordable one bedroom apartment in the Washington, DC area. So I contacted the company and even checked this site to see if they had any rip off reports but I found nothing. So with a "discount " of ten dollars i purchased whats called use of their apartment listing for a three month access. Low and behold the site had few listings, most of which were located in undesirable living areas, for average to expensive rental rates. I was furious, so i immediately emailed the address listed on the website requesting a refund. A woman by the name of Crystal Cowles responded to email explaining that she was sorry for the listing and would do a search of her own, to accommodate my search criteria. So we corresponded back and forth much was due to my constant request for some decent listing but she never gave me any listings that were different than the ones that were already advertised on the website or that I had already found previously in my own searches. So finally I found an apartment on my own via Craigslist that I am now moving into. So I emailed Crystal again after not hearing from her to let her know that I would no longer need their services and since they never provided any credible listing that matched my search criteria and I was within the terms of their money back guarantee, I wanted and was entitled to a REFUND. She replied the next day with these exact words. "I do apologize but at this time we are unable to issue you a refund due to the fact that we exhausted all options on finding you properties, we provided several listings that met your criteria and that you would be approved for so unfortunately we will not be able to assist you any further.
