I bought a container of sweets to get a co worker who'd resigned. I'd them delivered towards the workplace where the co worker worked. I paid-for over night shipping support, when I required the bundle to become shipped on the Friday (I put the purchase on the Wed. Night at 9 pm). Because of routine, I entered the entire target (including PO Box) within Godiva's order form. Since I entered the PO Box, the request over night delivery was overlooked, and delivered via USPS. Around this publishing, they didn't cost me for that over night delivery. After I approached them to ask about this, I had been informed that including a PO Box within an address instantly changes the delivery from whichever was required to USPS. That is totally misguided. If somebody demands overnight support, and offers a block address, why might the organization simply fall the overnight, and deliver via the USPS, since there is a PO Box. There is no sign that incorporating a PO Box towards the delivery address would trigger this, no email, no-follow-up stating what might/will occur. That is bad customer support. Easily introduced a to advantages or FedEx, and that I therefore happened to create a PO Box, might they refuse it, and deliver me towards the USPS?
