And so I requested a component from PartsTrain via FedEx Ground. Well they put up the delivery to begin from FedEx but to become accomplished by USPS. I sadly can't obtain USPS at my townhouse within the hills. Therefore the evening I had been designed to obtain my purchase they delivered it back again to PartsTrain. I named customer support instantly plus they declined to deliver me another component. The only real option I'd was stop the present purchase and obtain a reimbursement, which requires at minimum per week to obtain credit, and reprocess the purchase that will be likely to consider another week to obtain. I inquired when they might simply deliver me another component via FedEx (not USPS) via 2day and never have to reprocess my purchase. Well... That isn't gonna happen. Really bad customer support!!!
