Store employees will tell you that they document information that you discuss over the phone with them when they do not! Their high turnover ratio of employees and unstable work ethics and disorganization affect customers. When you talk to these guys, be sure you are documenting dates, times, names and numbers because chances are when one of their disgruntled employees decides to leave, all of the communication involving your account decides to disappear. Always make sure you get anything they say verbally over the phone in writing.
