If your not pretty enough, kiss company butt enough, attend company happy hours enough, or play ping pong enough, you are considered a company outsider and dismissed. Dismissals are not based upon your job performance but on the fact that you only come in to work to do the job you were hired to do.
Terminated Ikimbo employees have complained that the company fails to return inquiries/questions regarding employee vested stock option purchase until the purchase date has expired and the options are then returned to the company.
