Here is some advice based on experience with this company. Never give them any sign that you have very important data on your damaged hard disk! This will be the biggest mistake you make with them.
They have a habit of of taking advantage of their customers. First they claim that the first basic recovery didn't work so that they suck more money by going to the next step and try the advanced recovery. And remember one more thing, they will overcharge you for the parts too!
And for the price ranges they have on their website, you will be charged the maximum regardless! And you can not argue.
To tell the truth they are technically good, they can recover you data but they are so unprofessional and unethical because they will lie just to suck more money.
