I sent my sdcard 1 month ago. Light damage easy to be fixed according to what is explained in the website.
Problem 1: the payment. I am overseas and could not pay by cheque. I wanted to pay by visa card or by bank transfer. No reply but "use paypal".. Once the account created and active. I paid.
Problem 2: no feedback for a customer number or whatever..
I kept pushing to finally receive an email with the code only. Nothing else. Days later, of course the basic recovery was uneficcient and advanced recovery was needed..
I asked the fees and so on. No reply. And i kept pushing to get a reply. They did not appreciate one of my comment and just replied " All best ".. So far it has been one month and situation is blocked. They do not reply my emails,
Problem 3: they do not even reply when i ask to send the sd card back (which is according to their policies to be paid by me)
I tried to call them but their toll free phone is a joke. You end up with a voice mail loop.
I am very disapointed by this individual (oups. Sorry, this company) who is non professional, eager. I guess he is just a geek trying to make money. How come they could have got the Helios satellite retrieving task?
Positive point: my lost of money is only USD25 USD35 (DHL)

PS: I am in Hong Kong, sure we can find people doing the same job as good as them. Anyone interested in setting up a competitor business? This guy has a monopoly and abuse..
