This company is filled with complete scam artists, and will rip you off! Don't be fooled by their slick looking website, and supposed multiple locations as their data recovery office in Los Angeles looks like iti s one room, and this room could not have a clean room much less anyone but just one person that could fit in their office. DataRecoveryCorp aka Californiadatacorp aka Floridadatacorp told my wife and I that we had to pay a $200 upfront to try to recover our hard drive and they said if they cannot recover the data, then we do not have to pay. Very bad customer service, plus we never got our money back when they couldn't get our data back. I had emails that state their claim about the "you dont pay if we dont get your data back" but we were still out $300. Their customer service department was rude and used words like "yup" instead of "yes" and didn't stand by their words or product. I would like to get my money back and want everyone to know that this company doesn't do what they say they will when they cannot get the data back. I have also filed a BBB complaint, complaints with my credit card companies also with a claim against the charges on my credit card, and I have spoken to the attorney general and filed a formal complaint there. I have read on this website the other complaints against this company and am very surprised about this company still being in business, please learn from my mistake and don't get involved with this company because you will regret it, just do your research on this company and you will see what I mean. Worst data recovery company ever, these guys could not recovery a thing from a working hard drive, much less a broken one.
