They sold me invalid insurance leads that were not qualified to buy the product. Thomasville Georgia

I am a licensed insurance agent selling Medicare plans. I recently paid $300 dollars to buy 10 leads (at 30 dollars a piece) for the Medicare insurance plans that I sell. The plans are supposed to save money for the buyer because they have no premium. The lead has to have Medicare to qualify for the plans but there are other qualifing factors like they don't already have a plan or they are not on Medicaid which picks up all costs. The idea of buying the leads was to make a profit from the insurance that I sell. Kingdom call centers advertizes the leads as valid for any medicare plans that we sell as agents so we can make a good and profitable living.

I received leads but lost money on them due to the fact that I could not sell policies to the leads for one reason or another.

I was not provided with valid high quality leads that could possibly result in a sale of the insurance I sell. Nine out of ten of the leads were worthless.

I was able to sell a policy to only one person which will result in a sale for which I may receive $180

I asked for a refund on the leads that were not valid and I told Kingdom that I would report this matter to the BBB if I was not refunded. Some of the leads already had insurance from their job they had worked for. Some of them had a relative (daughter or son) with 'Power of Attorney' rights so they could not sign up for the insurance I sell. Some of them were not home. One of them was 90 years old and didn't feel she would be alive much longer so could not benefit from saving money with my plans because she was getting ready to die soon anyway. One of them did not have Medicare so they could not qualify for the plans. One of them was not home. I was not refunded and I was told "not to threaten them" again

After an attempted sale I am supposed to put information in a web site in order to get a refund for any invalid leads or inform Kingdom of a sale. I did so but was only provided with a refund for one leads. I watn a refund for 9 out of ten of the leads. A total of $270.
