Roughly 7 days before my boy (he is 10) bought a DS gaming, Madden 09'. Recently, 2/17/09 we attemptedto return them because of it having a "glitch" evoking the sport not to function correctly. We'd the initial bill and carrier.in the beginning I had been informed we'd to switch the item for that identical product. Upon examining the overall game region within the Technology Area, I came across they were from the product. Upon time for "Customer Support", I had been subsequently advised that my boy however couldn't have his money-back to permit him to buy the sport elsewhere.
