I'm a normal coustomer of walmart, I purchased a blue-ray DVD Dvd not realizing it wasn't a normal DVD, and attempted to come back it, was told since I have had previously exposed it, I really could just trade it to get a normal DVD of the exact same name, visited the technology store and was informed, none was accessible, there have been no additional copies of the specific film within the shop. I can't think how uncoperative everybody was in the technology department to coustomer service table. Walmart includes a no-return policy so far as I'm concerne. I actually do 50% of my buying in a dollar-store and will probably improve my shopping there. I don't believe Walmart is pleasant or wllling to assist a coustmer out, actually on the small-item, like a DVD. Lord knows I'd not need to purchase a costly product, you'd get burned.
