The lady and man who wrote the report did not tell the truth, They came in and say they have never filed a tax return with there tax id number and needed to show a loss they show a 10,000 dollars loss and thought they would get that money back on the loss, they were told at that time the only way you could get a tax return was to pay taxs or have kids and I think they had 3 kids, When you file a tax return as self employed you have got to pay self employment tax on the profit you show, they did get Earn Income Credit
on there kids but that amount is reduce by the self employement tax so there is no way they could get over 2600.00. Then they started getting loud and they were at my brothers Andy desk, I asked them very nice to hold down there voice as my brother explain to them why they had to pay 145.00 a tax return was done and they knew everything up front, no refund no taxs taken out. Most normal people are aware of this but just like you if you work you wont paid, By the way H&R blocl charges 275.00 for the same form. The lady then told me to turn my fat ass around and mind my owned busness, I told her I was the owner and asked her to leave again, she got louder I ask her again to leave and she got louder, I told her to get her sh* and leave my office. Her husband or boyfriend who ever he is jumped up and told me I could be a dead man and he could kill me, I then took my gun out of my desk and laid it on it and told them to leave again, never did I point the gun at this guy or his wife, A State Trooper was at the desk behind him and heard it all.
The Police did try to get me to have him arrested but I told them I wanted him to leave. We have never promise more money to anyone the lines are long becouse we are cheeper than anyone. And most of them people I have been doing for 16 years right here in Cartersville, never foil up after Income Tax season. We are Hornest and charge a Fair price, I do have a police report for anyone wanting to see it, don't belive people who are looking for something for nothing, If you don't pat Taxs you cain't get refunds.
