Fedex ground is truly horrible. I have been waiting for a package for a whole month from ny to nj! The first time they send it back to the shipper. The second time they say I was not there, they leave no notice. Calling customer service is a waste of time because all they do is read what the tracking # says. Dont expect them to call you back with an update or fix a problem. Poor service from what used to be a top rate carrier. Only UPS from now on.
