KkkDial around 101 6400 is a company that should be investigated by state and federal government officials for intentional ripping off the public by telling the consumer "read our flyer where it says rates are subject to change without notice".
I was solicited by this company via a flyer through the U.S. Postal Service. When something sound to good, it is likely that it is a ripped-off. I was using their service to call the Philippines which was at a rate of. 18 cents per minute and they increase their rate to the Philippines by 50% without any notice whatsoever.
Trying to reach the management of this ripped-of company is impossible.in order to find out the corporate officers of this company, one must write to the Secretary Office of the State of New York. I am going to pay the rate of. 18 cents for my calls and dispute the remaining charges of my bill to that company. I am also going to have my attorney to forward my check with a letter to this corporation, in hope, that it will reach the top management for reply.
Any reputable company would make an effort to contact their clientele via customer service, post card, and a media advertisement. The same way they hook their customer in the first place is another means of notification.
The company called New York Telecon had their customers services department, called their clientele and notified them of an increase in their rates - that's a reputable company to do business with.
