Did not deliver weddiing pictures as promised, now over a year and many calls

Did not deliver wedding pictures as promised, now over a year. We have made many calls which are either never retuned or result in promises that are never kept. Also has not retuned out computer drive which he has promised to return. Very frustarting experience and must wasted time (and money)
