We contracted with Morris Malakoff of Houston to shoot our daughter's wedding. He took the pictures fine and even posted the proofs promptly online for our review. He was to perform post-processing on digital images and provide high-resolution digital negatives. He has not delivered ANYTHING to us. Furthermore, he has ceased to return our e-mails and our calls. We made the mistake of paying in full up front. Now, he has our money and for some reason that is completely baffling to me, will not take the 5 minutes time to copy our pics to a disc and send them to us as promised. We have found 2 other families that have reported an almost identical scenario. They have no pictures either.
