A & E Factory Service missed several appointments to fix dishwasher without calling. I have called several times and for the most part, agents are rude or insensitive to the problem.
I waited around 2 different days, nobody showed up or called, even though they put in their logs that i could not be reached. Total lies.
Like a idiot, i paid in full and by check for services not rendered. I still don't have a dishwasher and they have my money. Still haven't heard from them.
Do not use these guys, I should have googled them first and I would have seen all the problems they have.
