Hi,
I ordered a printed book in September 08 and received a photostat copy of it in January 09 and was told that it is NOT a photostat copy of the original book when I enquired.
I was also told that I don't know what a photostat copy is. I told them I DO know what a photostat copy of a book is and I also know how photostat copied books are bound together, and the one I received IS a photostat copy.
They continued to argue with me about this in their e-mails. I was told that I am frustrating them.
They also said my husband didn't pay the right amount, yet he paid what was required according to the website.
I asked for the original printed book and offered to pay the so-called difference so long as I can get what I ordered, only to get told they want to refund me, but can't find a way to refund moneys to my country.
I repeatedly said that I don't want to be refunded, I just want to receive the original printed copy of the book I ordered, and NOT a photostat copy of it.
Can anybody help me or give me advice please?
