Failed to send signed copy of book, failed to reply to complaint Gttingen ermany

I specifically ordered a book directly from the Steidl website (instead of other discounted retailers such as amazon.com that offered the title for less) because they announced on their website that the copy would be signed.
I was sent an unsigned copy.

The invoice and website indicated that returns were to be sent to London, UK. I live in the US, and the cost of shipping would have been close to $30. I contacted Steidl twice using the contact form on their website, mentioning the problem and asking if they would be willing to provide a US return address (the package was sent from a US warehouse).

I never got a reply.
