I've had Cellular One for nearly 18 months. I joined on a $29.95 plan and got 200 minutes, plus 200 free minutes and unlimited nights and weekends. My bills *always* hovered around $30-$40/month. For the past few months, my bills have been *outrageous* (like $120/month!) and I'm not using it any more than I normally did. I also noticed my phone coverage changed—for whatever reason. I've always been really happy with Cellular One, but as the Customer Service lady went through my account (and she was *SUPER* nice), she noticed that clear back in OCTOBER of they stopped giving me my free 200 additional minutes! For no reason (I have a 2 year contract)! She advised me *not* to pay my bill and that I had a great deal of credits coming my way. She had to get "special approval" to grant them and needed a day or two to do so. So, it's now "wait and see" time.
