I requested chargers fro my rim surprise. After waiting 3 months, they came, however they were regular Micro-usb and didn't match my telephone. Customer support was horrible. No apology, no guarantee to deliver me the right purchase till I delivered it back again to them. Additionally, the chargers appeared as if these were used. No presentation - simply place in a ziploc.
